This weekend we went to 'Breakfast with Santa' at church. Georgia was excited to see Santa though I'm not sure she knows much about who or what Santa is. She just knew it was something she was supposed to be excited about.

Today Georgia made Christmas cookies. She did everything herself, except put them in the oven.

Last weekend Georgia's cousins came over to play and make Christmas gifts.

Ben thought it would be a good time to give me my birthday present -- an apple peeler. He had bought a variety of apples and carmel dip. Each kid got to peel an apple and since it was a 60 degree day, we enjoyed the weather and treats.

Georgia watches for Ben to come home. She's just barely tall enough to see out the window if she stands on the baseboards.
Georgia has a hard time winding down at night. Even after an hour or two of sitting in dim lighting, reading books, and listening to soft music, she still is full of energy. The only thing that seems to work is letting her lay in our bed. And then she's out. When I went in to get her I found her with her baby doll sleeping on her and thought it was so sweet.

She is soooo adorable. I can't wait to see her. She really is a talented little girl!!!! Derby can't wait to play with her!!!!
She is growing up fast, Carrie! Can't get over her holding on to the dead dear! Ha! And, she wasn't even scared of Santa!
Eli's been having a harder time winding down at night, too. He sleeps with us anyway, so we now read in our bed & then do night-night.
